1. Who We Are

LaundroFix Laundry Systems is a trade name used by Commercial Laundry Repair LLC (“LaundroFix,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We provide commercial laundry equipment sales, repair, installation, maintenance, and related services primarily in Colorado and Wyoming.

2. Information We Collect

When you contact us or request service, we may collect your name, business or facility name, email address, phone number, service address, equipment details, and information you include in your message. We may also receive information during estimates, scheduling, service visits, invoicing, and ongoing customer communications.

Our website hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps, pages requested, and diagnostic or security logs.

Customers pay LaundroFix invoices through Jobber Payments, using the invoice payment link we send by email or text message. Jobber Payments processes these payments. Payment details are entered with Jobber Payments, not on the LaundroFix website. If you choose to save a card for future payments in Jobber, Jobber Payments stores that payment method, and LaundroFix can initiate charges to it through Jobber.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries; evaluate equipment and service requests; prepare estimates; schedule and perform services; send invoices and invoice payment links; process payments through Jobber Payments; maintain business records; operate and secure the website; troubleshoot problems; and meet legal obligations.

4. Customer Emails and Text Messages

We send invoices and invoice payment links by email and text message through Jobber. We also respond to inquiries and communicate about requested work by email, including through our Google Workspace business email, or by phone.

Our text messages are transactional. We do not currently send promotional text messages or appointment reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on your service activity. The Jobber request form includes a text-message disclosure with instructions for stopping text messages. You can also contact us at CLR@LaundroFix.com or 720-351-2854 about messaging preferences.

The Jobber request form also offers optional email and text-message marketing checkboxes, which are unchecked by default. We do not currently send promotional emails or text messages. If that changes, we will update this policy.

5. Service Providers

We use third-party providers to support our operations. Depending on the interaction, they may process information on our behalf or under their own privacy terms:

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The LaundroFix website does not set its own cookies, does not store information in your browser, and does not use analytics or advertising tools.

Our service request page embeds the Jobber request form. When that page loads, Jobber receives the page address, the referring page, the page title, and any campaign parameters in the page address. Information you enter in the form goes directly to Jobber. The form and the services it uses, such as security checks, may set their own cookies or use similar technologies under their providers' terms. Our hosting provider processes technical request information to deliver and protect the website.

7. When We Share Information

We may share information with the providers described above to operate our business and fulfill customer requests; with professional advisers or authorities when required or permitted by law; and in connection with a legitimate business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.

We do not post customer submissions publicly on the website.

8. Retention

We retain customer and business information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, manage customer relationships, maintain financial and tax records, resolve disputes, protect our systems, and satisfy applicable legal requirements. Retention periods vary by record type and provider.

Messages sent through the website contact form are delivered to us by email; the website itself does not store them.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and systems involved. No online transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Requests

You may contact us to ask about personal information we hold, request correction, or request deletion where applicable. We will review requests under applicable law and may need to retain information for legitimate business, accounting, contractual, security, or legal purposes.

11. Children's Privacy

Our commercial laundry services and website are not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and address it.

Our website may link to third-party sites whose privacy practices are their own. Our providers may process information in locations outside your state or country. Where applicable, we will address legally required safeguards.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, technologies, providers, or legal requirements. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this website. We will provide additional notice when legally required.
